Garden Villas Second Phase

After having successfully sold out the first phase of our garden villas, we are now launching the second phase and we have already had great response from clients. Infrastructure on the 2nd phase is expected to be completed within the next 6 weeks

Horizon Villas Construction Update

Until now we had 10 villas completed on the development (5 sea view villas and 5 garden villas), 6 other ones are under construction and 2 further ones are still in design stages. We still have a few great sea view plots to offer.

Horizon Villas Infrastructure & Upcoming Facilities

The development has two water tanks, one at the bottom which serves as a reservoir in case of water shortage and one at the top which will pump out water to all properties within the development. Next to the bottom tank, is to be designed a clubhouse (with gym and restaurant) in the near future. Also planned is a tennis court

Roads in place at Horizon Villas

With roads now in place on Horizon Villas one can expect a smooth drive around the development. The roads are 8 meters wide with one meter of guttering on each side, which is wider than the main road that runs around Koh Samui. This obviously is one of the many high standards you will expect from Horizon Villas as they follow the government requirements under their government license.

1st sea view villa completed

The first sea view villa has been completed on the Horizon Villas development and it looks fantastic! This 400sqm luxuary villa can been seen from Cheong Mon beach and will be ready to be rented out in about 3 months. The views a breathtaking and the finish is priceless. Other sea view villa are only months away untill completion so look out for more pictures and updates.
