Property Type: The main villa consists of a spacious living area, kitchen, pantry and laundry room, high ceilings with open architecture design, shaded large verandah all around with outdoor alfresco lounge & dining---located on the upper floor with magnificent ocean views. Wonderful sense of space. The lower level consists of a private air conditioned guest suite with attached spa bathroom, its own verandah with ocean view and a sun deck for sun lovers. A study/TV room and a powder room complete the lower foyer area.
Bedroom & Capacity: 2 bedrooms :one master bedroom in a separate private villa with deck and ocean view. The Guest suite is part of the main villa.
Rates: Short term: stay 7 nights minimum ( High season baht 42,000 -49,000 and Low season baht 35,000. Long term 1-3 months: From 85,000-98,000 baht permonth (depending on season).
Note : For long term all rates exclude utilities. Daily rates are all 7 night minimum (except X'mas & New Year: POA) Rate can be negotiated.

Sleeping/Bedroom Details: The Master Bedroom is a spacious separate cottage from the main house reached by a wide bridge, is surrounded by a large private wooden decking, overlooking the bay, islands, and the sea. It features a large comfortable king size bed, two large mirrored wardrobes, a semi enclosed spa bathroom with a large indoor romantic terrazzo bath. Air con and ceiling fan allow a fresh breeze at all times.

The Guest Suite is located in the main villa on the lower level. The guest bedroom is very romantic. It features a large antique Burmese bed , ceiling fan, mirrored wardrobes, fridge , TV/videos, and vanity with multiple other amenities. The en-suite outdoor bathroom and shower are tastefully decorated and intertwined with the rocks and nature. .
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are semi-outdoor, well protected and connected with nature and with the bedrooms . Both are luxuriously appointed. Hot and cold water, spa showers, 2sinks with 2 mirrors, well integrated with the bedrooms.
Living Area: The first thing that takes your breath away when entering the living room is the unforgettable wide sea view through our palm trees with distant islands and luxuriant gardens on three sides. There are folding & sliding wooden doors on all sides of the living room, opening out on to a wide verandah all in white terrazzo with wooden pillars. . From the verandah, Magnificent ocean views, comfortable outdoor lounging for reading and sunset drinks, an cozy indoor area for reading, listening, and dreaming.
Kitchen: The open spacious kitchen is equipped with large two-door fridge, stove/oven with modern appliances and cookware. The kitchen is located on the first level as you come down a stone path, and across a bridge to the villa entrance.
Outside: You are in the most pristine & unspoiled area of Koh Samui. Just spend the day gazing out across the Gulf of Thailand to its beautiful islands and the mainland in the distance. Villa 6 offers you a secluded space to bliss out, rejoice and relax. A five-minute walk up the hill brings you to our spectacular swimming pool and yoga sala. Another 10minute walk and you are on the beach.
Bed Linen/Towels: Daily housekeeping, Change of towels every third day
Change of bed linen once a week: Luxurious bed linen in pure cotton and linen.
