Cancelation Policy
To secure availability at the requested vacation villa, we apply the following cancelation conditions:
Cancelation prior to arrival: It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance which will provide compensation to you in the event of cancelation. In the event that you cancel the booking or shorten the period of stay after payment of the deposit and/or balance, no refund will be made.
The booking deposit is not returnable under any circumstances.
Cancelation during period of the holiday: The prepaid rental balance will be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the management company.

Payment Terms
Prices are quoted per villa per night.
The minimum rental period during low season is 3 nights and high season is 5 nights
The minimum rental period during peak season is 7 nights

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation (The deposit may be paid via credit card through our credit card payment authorization form or via bank trasfer to HH Thai bank account)

Check In Time is 2:00 pm; Check Out time is 11:00 am (early arrival and late departure upon availability of the Villa. Late check-out can only be confirmed on the day of the departure)

Samui Renting is not responsible to guests or their party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities or locally procured third party services such as watercraft, water sports, jeep or motor bike rental,
