Paul has been in the construction industry for 25 years developing properties and managing his own companies. He left the UK in 1993 to migrate to Australia and started an Events Company dealing with major events across Australia. Finally, he moved to Samui three years ago after building his own home on land that he had brought and subdivided. He first came to the Island eighteen years ago and has seen a dramatic transformation. Paul joined the Horizon Team in June 2008 to set up the Maintenance Company. Although he admits the company is still in its infancy, he feels confident that by working with the owners it will mature into one of, if not the best maintenance company on the Island.

Kai has been working on Samui since 2004. She has 5 years experience in real estate so she has a good understanding of customers needs and wants. Her job is to ensure that the guests and residents stay is enjoyable and hassle-free. She will also assist in all legal-related services such as company setups, work permits, one-year visas and agreements.
