This truly exceptional house was designed in a modern tropical style and decorated with style and distinction. It embodies everything that is wonderful about life in the tropics; warm sun soaked terraces, cool shady gardens, beautiful rooms open to the sea breezes and views over the azure waters of The Gulf of Thailand from every room.

The beauty of this house begins at the sweeping entrance steps, set between stone walls, leading to the decorated Thai wooden gate. At this level are the first of the five bedrooms. These two bedrooms both have twin beds, plenty of storage space and their own large bathrooms. The bedrooms look over a terrace and lawn, surrounded by palms and flowering shrubs, to Rocky Bay and the islands beyond.

Up another half level is the first of the large double bedrooms, again with its own ensuite bathroom and bathtub looking out to the lush gardens. The next level is the lounge room, dining room, kitchens, AV room and two more double bedrooms all set in an L shape around the garden courtyard and expansive infinity edged swimming pool. The lounge and dining rooms are open to the cooling sea breezes but can be protected from the occasional tropical rain by automatic floor to ceiling roller blinds. The lounge is a generous sunken square with comfortable feather stuffed lounges, cushions and ottomans for total relaxation.

 Two steps away is the pool, another terrace with a built in gas barbecue, sun loungers and umbrellas. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, with seating for ten and its own wet bar. The dining area is serviced by a large kitchen with every modern amenity including, refrigerator and freezer, gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, icemaker, washing machine and clothes dryer. This is a room you may never need to use as the house comes with a full maid service from 8am until 10pm (these hours are adjustable to your personal requirements) and a Thai cook can be provided (for a charge of 1000 baht per meal plus food cost).

A tropical fruit and cereal breakfast is included and a cooked breakfast can be prepared on request. Off the kitchen is a spare bedroom and bathroom with bunk beds that may be suitable for young guests or if you wish to bring your own house staff with you. Also on this level is the AV room complete with a wide screen satellite TV, DVD player and full sound system.
 On the other side of the courtyard are the third double bedroom and the Master Bedroom Suite. Again, both have large ensuite bathrooms with all amenities, separate shower room and toilet and bath tubs overlooking their own leafy garden courtyards. The house is set above Rocky Bay Beach.

This secluded beach is a beautiful getaway from the crowd. A great spot for an evening stroll or try your hand at rock fishing. The house is just five minutes from the Chaweng Beach for shopping, restaurants and nightlife but set away from it all in its own private estate. Exclusive Choeng Mon Beach is just two minutes away. Everything you will need for a relaxing luxury holiday is provided.

Airport pick up and drop off is provided. Just let us know the number of people in your party, flight numbers and times. Five star standard bed linen, which is changed every three days, bath and pool towels as required and a basic welcome food package. There is full daily maid and laundry service a minibar is provided for your convenience. We can also arrange in-house Thai massage and food and wine shopping.

You may just decide that you don’t want to leave this luxury space but if you do, we can assist you with island tours, scuba diving, car rental, spa treatments, and almost anything else you may require.
