The design of Bophut View villa is uniquely modern Thai with a simple symmetrical layout providing functional integration of the living areas. The interior decor is modern and chic with tasteful oriental accents. The property is peacefully secluded and can only be accessed by a private road. The plot is surrounded by a boundary wall to give it complete privacy. The villa features a newly built infinity-edge swimming pool which overlooks the spectacular Bophut coastline and is set in a tropical garden with surrounding coconut palms that give the pool deck a cool shade.

Accessibility
Property is approx 1.3 km from main road. Hill is very gentle so there is no problem for vehicle access. However, currently, there is a section of approx 600m of dirt road which must be used to access the property. Plans to pave the road are in progress. There are a few steps and stairs within the property. Not recommended for handicapped or elderly guests.

Outside
The private infinity edge swimming pool is approximately 8x4m surrounded by a sandwash sundeck.

Coast/Beach
The villa is situated within a 10 minute drive to Bophut beach and Fisherman's Village - a trendy old world dining district. The busy Chaweng beach road is just 15 minutes away.

Golf
There is a 9 hole Bophut Hills golf course which is just 5 mins drive from the villa.

Travel
Car or motorbike hire is recommended.

Further details
The Bophut View villas are located just off the Monkey Theatre Road in an upscale neighbourhood of luxury villas.
The estate is close to all the big 3 shopping centres including the Tesco Lotus, Makro and the newly opened Big C Shopping Center.
Although being close to all amenities, Bophut View Villas is away from all the noise and traffic of the main road and can only be accessed via a paved private road.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay. The room rates are on a per room, per night basis and are inclusive of 7% VAT.
Check-in time is 3pm.
Early check-in is subject to availability.
Check-out time is 12 noon
Late check-out surcharge is 3,000 Baht until 5pm.
