The property is in a very quiet area, all the facilities you could need are just distances away. Set within a walled enclosure with one other similar styled property, but with the wall being low enough to enjoy panoramic views across the palm trees and water buffalo towards the sea. The large swimming pool is shared between the two properties, but only if there are people staying at the other house. Our villa is new and modern but built in Traditional Thai style.

Accommodation

Bedroom: Bedroom 1&2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with twins bed.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have fitted mirror cupboards. The villa is very safe for children and older folk alike, but there are 5v steps to enter the villa.

Bathroom: En-suite to bedroom 1 with sink unit WC and shower.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen includes built-in oven and 4 ring hob. Fridge/freeze, microwave, washing machine, toaster, crockery, cutlery and all utensils.

Living room: Open plan living/dining room which includes a CD player, 3 piece suite and traditional Thai day mattresses. Table and chairs with seating for 6.

Other: The large veranda with sun-loungers and table enjoys a wonderful peaceful outlook.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided with a maid service twice a week.
