Within easy walking distance of the bay, a secluded and tranquil retreat balanced with stylish living. The distinctive design, luxury finishes and attention to detail underline the quality of this fantastic holiday villa. The villa has its own perimeter wall for seclusion, with a private road and car port .
The villa stands in 400 square meters of land with a total living space of 250 square meters.
The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, combined large lounge and dining room for relaxing dinners and evening entertainment, a private pool, sala and landscaped gardens.
All amenities for a relaxing and comfortable holiday are in the house and just five minutes from one of the finest beaches on Samui.
The villa has television and home cinema with DVD, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.
The villa is in a very quiet area with a private swimming pool (approx.25 sqm.), garden, patio area and ample parking.

From the moment we arrived Koh Samui, everything had been taken care of. Thanks Alex, the manager, for picking us up from the airport. It took only around 10 minutes from the airport to the villa. When we walked up the stairs into the villa, it just felt spacious, nice and clean. Thanks the friendly maid for cleaning up from the very beginning till the end. She was very helpful. Having the privacy of the villa and the pool, it just felt relaxed when we jumped into the pool after returning from each day trip. The provision of cooking facilities and washing machine were certainly a plus as we could reheat the food and wash the swim wears when necessary. Each bedrooms were nicely designed with good air conditioning. However, it would certainly be better if there would be air conditioning in the living room and the provision of lighting in the front yard so that we could see the path when we returned during the hour of darknesss. Too bad we had accidentally broken 2 glasses and a cup during our stay. We apologised for that and it was reasonable for you to reimburse from us the cost for the replacements. Anyway, our stay at HV0035 - Choeng Mon / Baan Tongsai Grove was comfortable and an absolute pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we are all looking forward to hopefully coming back in the future.
Thanks for the transport arrangement for bringing us back to the airport on time as well.-
