Situated in the Kirikayan Luxury Resort & Spa in Maenam, this modern pool villa enjoys all of the facilities of the resort which include a large tropical pool, spa, restaurant with room service, library, gymnasium and 24 hour security.

The property is approached by way of the communal estate road and accessed through a sliding gate to a covered parking area. The entire property is within secure walled grounds.

On ground floor, adjacent to the parking, is the third double bedroom/maid’s room with en-suite bathroom and separate storage room. Also on the ground level is a large sala surrounded by lotus pond and landscaped gardens. Stairs within the garden lead up to the main accommodation on the first level which comprises of two separate pavilions, one for the very spacious lounge/diner and office and the other for the two main bedroom suites.

The lounge/diner has hardwood flooring throughout plus hardwood high vaulted ceiling. This lounge building has a very bright and open feeling and benefits from five sets of floor to ceiling double doors opening onto the pool terrace and surrounding tropical gardens.

The kitchen is of western standard and includes high quality appliances, with four ring electric stove and electric oven, exhaust hood, microwave oven and fitted hardwood cupboards and black granite work surfaces. At the end of the lounge is also a separate spacious office accessed via floor to ceiling sliding doors as well as bathroom and separate laundry room.

The bedroom pavilion with the master bedrooms enjoys a wide covered walkway, looking onto the pool area, with overhanging hardwood ceiling. Both of the main double bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms and jacuzzi tub and vaulted hardwood ceilings.

Maid Service is available as an option through the resort management. Guests of the Villa may also enjoy the resorts beautiful and luxurious Beach Club at famous Chaweng Beach and free shuttle service to get there.
