1. Rates are quoted for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified

5. Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% Service Charge?
6. Airport Transfers: USD 50 per trip and for a maximum of 8 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car) subject to 10% service charge
7. Rates exclude full time chef service available at the following charge: THB 1,200 per meal, THB 1,800 for lunch and dinners; rates subject to 10% service charge. Food cost and provisioning on guests account.
