Bedroom #3 is on the ground floor in a separate small villa connected to the main building. The room is large, with a walk-in dressing room which also doubles as a small bedroom equipped with a large single bed and en-suite bathroom.  A sun bathing terrace is accessed through patio window doors.

The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor adjacent to the TV Lounge. It has two single beds, a free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers and its own adjacent bathroom en suite. The room has a view to the tropical garden plants outside the large patio doors at the rear of the property.
