Inclusions and Exclusions:
Rates include linens and towels, maid service every third day, pool, gardening and maintenance services, mains water.
Rates do not include electricity which is charged separately at the local Government rate,and is payable before departure.

Initial Deposit:
Unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability, a completed booking form and a thirty percent (50%) deposit are required to confirm a booking.
Fifty percent (70%) of the villa rental due must be paid to confirm a booking for the
Christmas/New Year period.
For bookings made within thirty (30) days of arrival, full payment is due upon confirmation.
This is applicable at all times.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of 30,000 THB is required to be paid on arrival. This is to cover the cost of any breakages or damage to the villa during the rental period. It may also be used to cover the cost of excessive cleaning, should this be required.
