The foundations are in place for the next three luxury villas from Horizon Homes on Koh Samui. With the near completion of the two Garden Villas, Horizon Villas is already underway with the next three. Phase one of the project is starting to take form with infrostucture and foundations taking place. Phase one consists of eight Garden Villas with a schedualed completion of Jan 08′.
