Before the end of Jan 2009 the full infrastructure of the Horizon Villas Development shall be completed, this includes the road, drainage, government water supply and underground three phase electric. Being a government licensed developer Horizon Villas has adhered to very strict guidelines to ensure that the infrastructure is not only practical and functional but also ascetically pleasing as well. After all it is an integral aspect of our overall concept that our Villa owners and guests should feel at home as soon as they enter the Horizon Villa site.
To date we have spent approximately 70,000,000 THB on our infrastructure which is a considerable amount more than was required to fulfill the requirements of the government license.
