La nouvelle année voit l’arrivée d’un investisseur étranger qui achètera 22 unités Garden Villa pour les revendre ensuite sur le marché thaïlandais. Cela a permis de fixer un président sur l’influence du marché immobilier thaïlandais. Horizon Villas prévoit que les deux premières Garden Villas seront terminées fin mai 2007.

Currently, Alex serves as the Development Manager for Horizon Villas Koh Samui and is at the helm as the Director of Horizon Homes Real Estate.
