Shortly after his academic stint, Alex ventured into the world of real estate development in England, where he gained invaluable experience over a period of two years.

In 2004, Alex relocated to Koh Samui, Thailand, drawn by the burgeoning opportunities in the island's property market. Recognizing the immense potential, he strategically invested in prime land, embarking on the development of luxury villas that would soon become sensational assets in Koh Samui's high-end real estate landscape.

The pivotal moment in Alex's career came in 2007 when he, alongside William McClintock, founded Horizon Homes Real Estate Agency. This venture was born out of a visionary recognition of the need for an internationally accredited real estate agency in Koh Samui, capable of catering to the sophisticated demands of a global clientele. Under their leadership, Horizon Homes swiftly ascended to prominence, laying the groundwork for the illustrious Horizon Villas development. This project has since epitomized luxury living in Koh Samui, setting unparalleled standards in villa development.

Currently, Alex serves as the Development Manager for Horizon Villas Koh Samui and is at the helm as the Director of Horizon Homes Real Estate. His expertise in creating exquisite properties has solidified his reputation as a paragon in the Koh Samui real estate sector, consistently contributing to the island's appeal as a premier destination for luxury property investments.
