The company has been working in management and maintenance on Koh Samui since 2010, making us one of the oldest on the Island. With this we bring experience and knowledge to deal with any issues that may occur. We have built up a large network of agents to provide rentals for our clients and villa owners.

Our dedicated staff are trained in the hospitality industry and able to understand the unique issues that arise when looking after clients. We will help with booking clients, arranging trips/excursions, and resolve any issues that may occur. We also provide Chinese, Thai, and English speaking staff to help with all types of customers.

The trained agents on our team push to find as many customers as possible, constantly working with rental rates to bring in rental customers.
