FOUNDERS AND DIRECTORS
Alex Armitage
Founder and CEO Alex studied at Oxford University before spending two years in real estate development work in England. In 2004 he moved to Koh Samui, Thailand, where he recognized the potential of a burgeoning property market, going on to buy land and build luxury Samui villas. In 2007, seeing the need for an internationally accredited real estate agency on the island, he co-founded Horizon Homes Real Estate Agency and launched the prestigious Koh Samui villa development, Horizon Villas.
Kanjanawat Armitage
Director and Management Kanjanawat studied Accounting at Rattana Bundit University, Marketing at Bangkok University, and Hotel, Tourism and Management at Sripatum University, building a broad foundation across finance, marketing, and hospitality. This multidisciplinary background lets her approach business decisions from both a financial and operational perspective, with a strong focus on service quality and customer experience. She has applied this across day-to-day operations, financial control, administration, and business development at Horizon Homes.
SALES TEAM
Craig Beechey
Real Estate Manager Craig has been living on Koh Samui since 2004. He has worked as a consultant in a highly established law firm here in Koh Samui. After this Craig then moved on to run a Koh Samui real estate company. These attributes help Craig to offer customers a strong insight in to any potential investments here on Koh Samui.
Ben Cerf
Lead Agent Ben moved to Koh Samui from France in 2007 and has built a deep understanding of the island and Thailand more broadly ever since. A quick learner with a strong grasp of languages, he's fluent in both Thai and English — a skill that makes him especially effective when working directly with local contacts and communities. He has been part of the Horizon Homes team since 2013, covering both sales and rentals for clients across the island.

After taking back to Koh Samui the awards for best developer for Horizon Villas and Horizon Residence during the 2017 awards ceremony, Horizon Homes Real Estate have been designated the best real estate agency in Koh Samui again at 2018’s prestigious Dot Property Thailand Awards.
Just 11 real estate agencies made the cut for the inaugural Thailand’s Best Real Estate Agencies 2018 presented by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®. Whose goal was to celebrate those firms that go above and beyond to ensure clients have the best possible service and support.
Horizon Homes New Office
After 12 years located in our original office in Choeng Mon near the Sala Samui Resort, we decided it was time for us to move to a newer more modern office with better parking facilities. The new office is located 650 meters from the old office towards Plai Laem and is easier to find due to its roadside location, beside the Soi 10 entrance next to 7/11 (map).
We are looking forward to help our customers realize their property dreams for the next 12 years.
