The sleek design of this villa with its spacious rooms, jacuzzi and brightly coloured kitchen is the perfect place to spend your holiday here on Koh Samui. The spacious layout of the villa is designed in such a way that the entertainment area and outdoor dining area overlook a lustrous pool and garden. The ground level comprises of a large living room with high ceilings which invite light into the open plan kitchen and breakfast bar. The room has access to the pool deck and is adjacent to the air-conditioned dining area which can seat 6-8 people. This stylish cozy villa features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The sliding doors seamlessly join the indoor and outdoor areas creating a flow of space and comfort. The outdoor projector screen above the pool, is placed in front of the sitting room and dining area transforming the outside of your villa into your own private open-air cinema. Guests can enjoy their favorite movie from the living room or from the comfort of the loungers on the pool terrace. This level also includes a spacious master bedroom (about 30 sq. m) with its own jacuzzi, large walk-in wardrobe and shower room with toilet. The second bedroom (25 sq. m, ceiling height of 3 m) with en-suite bathroom is located on the first level.

The villa is located in a secure managed Villa Estate. The gorgeous Mae Nam beach is 300 meter walk from the property.  The area is gated and secure with an onsite reception and concierge team to assist with any requests or recommendations from our guests.  We have a ‘Kids Zone’ too, with plenty of toys, bikes and cars for kids to use on the property.  Our beach is a brisk 5-minute walk or 2-minute buggy drive, and is considered one of the most pristine beaches on the island. It is especially great for kids due to its soft white sand, natural shade from the trees and calm waters. Our location is great with a variety of great local restaurants, bars and shops nearby. There is a supermarket and massage facilities within walking distance from us. The famous Fisherman’s Village is a 10-minute drive away, and hosts a variety of exceptional restaurants and shops on the beach.
